Simple, versatile and good customer service

I have always been a Franklin-Covey and loved my two page per day notes. THe ability to write notes and look them up by date I have found invaluable. However, having purchased a MacBook Air I wanted to go electronic. This journal fills in that last piece for me. I am able to take the notes about conversations or events that I used to wrtite in my planer and carry them around with me, reference them, and back them up. At 2.5 pounds. To top it off, I had an issue today with the return key not functioning, emailed the customer service line this moring and within HOURS recieved a reponse with an update that fixed the issue. (the update is soon available to all.)
All in all, perfect.
